Every member will be given notice of when the nomination officially opens, and where the voting will take place. You will have to show proof of membership, and government issued identification to vote.
Often it is on a Saturday, and you must vote in person. There will be no mail-in or online voting options, or proxy votes allowed.
If there is an advance poll that will be at the discretion of the Nominating Committee and will be communicated with all members.
